About us
Our Story
We are a Kiwi & Polish couple, living in Le Marche in central Italy after many years in the London, Northern Italy & Switzerland.
We love property, investment, & renovating amazing spaces; and are passionate about helping others do the same.
We started our property journey many years ago in the UK where we bought and sold properties, renovated them, rented a few, and even bought a hotel.
We arrived in Italy after chasing the snow in our motorhome and have never left. It’s fair to say we had mastered the art of slow travel before it was even a thing.
We soon learnt, despite a background in property, how difficult it can be to buy property well in Italy.
But we see so much potential, with character homes in stunning locations and lifestyle opportunities all around. We became determined to develop the knowledge and skills required to make purchases into good investments, too.
Now we are on the lookout for our next project, and we’re here to help you with yours.

Our philosophy is to combine smart investment strategy, authentic experiences, and outstanding marketing to deliver great returns for ourselves, investors, and clients.
We are passionate about slow travel and mindful experiences, meaning we value the undiscovered Italy where you can sample true hospitality and lifestyle far more than the overvisited tourist traps that blight parts of Italy.
We believe there is a sweet spot still available in our target regions, where locals still greet you with curiosity and life carries on as it has for decades.
It’s also easy to get it wrong, with many pitfalls and knowledge gaps tripping up many foreign buyers.
In Le Marche, demand is on the rise, but there remains a great opportunity to acquire houses for personal use or investment purposes, with stunning architectural features and sensible prices. Our unique point of difference is that we like the strategic element of investing, the lifestyle experiences that Italian property provides, and exceptional marketing. In Italy, it’s possible to do it all.
