Our management and marketing is a completely bespoke partnership with you and designed from the ground up, so you don’t have to juggle different platforms and contractors from abroad.

Whether you have an existing holiday rental, you’re exploring getting started, or you need a partner to get your project off the ground – we bring the strategy, creativity, and execution to create exceptional guest experiences.

3. Management fees

We generally operate on a commission basis or a fixed-term lease with guaranteed income. A quick call could be the first step toward discovering how we could work together.

4. What type of properties do you manage

We offer bespoke management so we are flexible. We’re happy to consider Villas, multi-unit boutique properties, or apartments. Self-catered properties only.

5. Which areas do you cover

We are based in the province of Ancona, not far from the border of Pesaro and Urbino, and also within reach of Umbria. 

We are happy to discuss management in all of Ancona, and the southern half of Pesaro and Urbino (south of, & inc. Urbania & Fano).

We may be able to help with properties in Umbria, particularly near to Gubbio and Perugia – depending on the requirements.

Naturally marketing only arrangements give us more scope to service properties located further away. We cover Le Marche, Umbria and Tuscany. We’re happy to consider elsewhere in Italy, depending on arrangements.

6. Management or Marketing Only Arrangements

We understand you may already have management or that you want to keep your current marketing arrangements.

We are happy to discuss either marketing or management-only agreements. Just get in touch.

Some common questions

We will happily work with Villas, apartments and multi-unit properties that don’t require on-site hosting. Naturally, differently sized properties require a different approach; a direct booking website and social media marketing campaign might not be necessary for a small centro storico apartment that does just fine on AirBNB. That’s why we work with a small number of properties to make sure we can deliver bespoke plans and real results.

We’re happy to partner with you as local representatives on a consultancy or marketing basis for larger projects with live-in management, such as boutique hotels, agriturismo, micro-resorts, etc.

We are based in Le Marche and cover the regions of Ancona and the southern half of Pesaro and Urbino, south of and including Fano, Urbino and Urbania.

We are within reach of Perugia and Gubbio, so it may be possible to help with properties in those areas depending on the details.

We’re more than happy to take a look. We might be able to suggest, organise and manage improvements to bring the property up to the right quality for a short-term holiday rental. We enjoy getting projects off the ground.
